I can’t put into words how honored I was to take my niece’s newborn pictures. Being an auntie for the first time, I wanted to make sure my brother and sister-in-law got quality pictures of Harper that they so rightfully deserved. I studied for months, watching videos and tutorials on newborn safety, and just making sure I was prepared as I could be to document this amazing moment in their lives. Newborn photography is still relatively new to me, as newborns are definitely a specific craft, but I feel like I improve every time I get to photograph one in the studio. We even somehow managed to get my 1 1/2 year old daughter and neice together in a shot, which honestly was a miracle in itself. Can’t wait for these two to bond and grow up together for many years to come!!!
